Saturation? Look no further than Singapore’s Little India. There’s no better place in town to find riotous color at any time of year. From flowers to fabrics to fruit and vegetable sellers, this neighborhood is a jackpot of color and culture saturation. Deepavali is approaching as well, which means the streets around the Tekka Center are festooned with lights and flowers in anticipation of the Hindu new year coming up on November 3rd.

  1. Twice to Singapore on official work and I’ve never been to Little India. I should go there around this time of the year because your post inspired me. And I should go there just for leisure and not for work 😉

    1. Thank you! I love it when my blog inspires people to go new places. Little India is always full of color, so it’s worth checking out at any time of year. But yes, you should definitely come for leisure! 🙂 Thanks for reading!

  2. Thanks for this lovely blog post! It took me right back to the numerous times I have been to Little India when living in Singapore. It made me reminisce a little bit. 🙂
