Afternoon at Playa Ancón
Post of the Day: Adding a bit of light to the darkness as we get through the pandemic together.
This series features travel photos from my archives, shared with you while staying at home.

After last night’s spectacle at Carnaval, it’s time to relax at the beach. We’ve flown the magic carpet to the east coast of Cuba, landing at Playa Ancón near Trinidad. We have nothing on our agenda. Just sand, sun and the warm water of the Caribbean Sea. Have a swim or a snooze. Tomorrow we’ll explore Trinidad.
Until then,
Kelly

Ahhhhh. We did the same thing – see Cienfuegos of spend the day sailing to a beach. It was a no brainer.

I remember that! I need to go back and read your Cuba posts again. So enjoyed seeing Cuba through your lens and thoughts. xo

I think you captured the beauty of Trinidad while I captured the gritty. Both are true I think.
