Winter is Coming
September 7th, 2020
This mountain range is getting its first snowfall of the season tonight!
Tomorrow, we’ll take the magic carpet north from here on a tour of the landscape and local wildlife. Hope you brought a jacket!
Until then,
Kelly
Photo of the Day: Adding a bit of light to the darkness as we get through the pandemic together. This series features travel photos from my archives, shared with you while staying close to home.
What have you done with the fall? Maybe I took too long a nap and didn’t see it go by.

Don’t worry, I haven’t abandoned fall. I just get really excited when the first snow flies anywhere within three states of my house. 🙂 We may be heading north across the border with a post or two of fall colors…

Yep, snow is starting here in Golden, CO! I’m OK with it for today and maybe tomorrow, but then I need summer and fall back!

Wow! Yeah, thankfully September snow is typically fickle. Just enough to remind you of what’s coming but still time for fall to happen!

Nice pics, Kelly. We are not getting snow here yet, but the next 3 nights are forecast to hit the low to mid 30s. I’m concerned about my little garden! 🌞

Eeek! Mid 30s! Can’t believe it. It’s cool here too today with gusty wind. Hope your garden makes it through! Sending you some virtual rays of sunshine. 🙂
