Rocky Cobá
September 16th, 2020
After yesterday’s tour of Ek Balam, today we get a glimpse of Cobá. It’s a little bit rocky, in more ways than one.
My full post will follow tomorrow so in the meantime stretch your legs, cue the theme from Rocky and get ready to climb to the top of the tallest temple on the Yucatán Peninsula. You’ll be rewarded with a spectacular view above more than a millennia of Mayan history across 10 square miles/26 square kilometers of Cobá.
Until then,
Kelly

Hello!
Traveling is well impacted in all around the world because of pandemic COVID-19! There are no any trekking activities in the Himalayas and no any expeditions in huge mountain including Mt Everest !

It would take more than a stretch of my legs to make it up these stairs!!! But what a great place to see!!

Ha ha! Yes, they’re not easy to climb. And it doesn’t help when you stop to breathe and then look down! 🙂
