A Forest Wilderness

October 2nd, 2020
After yesterday’s moon in Vancouver, let’s head southwest of downtown to Pacific Spirit Regional Park.
The paths of Pacific Spirit meander through a world of plants and trees thriving in the diffused sunlight reaching the forest floor, littered with pretty fall leaves. John Muir said, “The clearest way into the universe is through a forest wilderness.” Tomorrow we’ll go a little farther down the path and stop by Stanley Park, too.
Until then,
Kelly
Photo of the Day: Adding a bit of light to the darkness as we get through the pandemic together. This series features travel photos from my archives, shared with you while staying close to home.
What can I say? My favorite place to be as we have lived through these past six months. This magnificent park has been a place of sanctuary for us almost every day, as the seasons have changed and the colors have sparkled in the sun. I’m so happy that you too have enjoyed the magic of this special place. Have a lovely weekend.

One of our fave places to hike. And we were in Stanley Park yesterday walking around Lost lagoon and conjured up 8 racoons! (See my insta for some pics @alisonarmstrong6558) So much fun!
