Beach Break
Post of the Day: Adding a bit of light to the darkness as we get through the pandemic together. This series features travel photos from my archives, shared with you while staying close to home.

After yesterday’s hike in the High Sierra, our magic carpet has taken us thousands of miles away and back to sea level … where the stones are smooth and made for skipping. This stony beach goes on for miles but there’s hardly a soul in sight. I was here exactly seven years ago today, to ski this south outpost of the world.
So … where are we?
More landscapes tomorrow,
